Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error correction protocols
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration projects
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum computing standards
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum algorithms
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum computing systems with Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature Physics or Science journals
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
