Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptography systems
- Author technical white papers for IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
