Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing ecosystems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Present quantum security frameworks to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC project)
