Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

- Pioneer new quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware design or quantum algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and microwave engineering
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
