Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Create architectural blueprints for quantum processors and control systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Drive roadmap for quantum software development and quantum cloud services
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business value propositions
