Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at >99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Drive R&D in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Present breakthrough architectures at IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Expertise in error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD projects
