- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, QML)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
