Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum gate operations and circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
