Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum memory and control systems
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in IEEE Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes R&D projects with multi-million dollar budgets
