Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 technology landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and AI sectors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Pioneer error-correction methodologies for industrial quantum systems
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience scaling quantum systems from lab to production environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion qubit technologies
- Proven track record of securing quantum computing patents or breakthrough innovations
