Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Drive patent development in quantum algorithms and cryptography
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Partner with MIT and Caltech on 2026 quantum roadmap initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces
- Proven track record of delivering quantum prototypes
