Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for near-term quantum processors and fault-tolerant systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and quantum supremacy validation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and quantum software developers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity theory
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and cross-functional teams
