Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum threats
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum system integration
- Document quantum system blueprints and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Publication record in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
