Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms
- Collaborate with NASA and DoD on classified projects
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building quantum annealing systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature Physics or comparable journals
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering principles
