Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum implementation best practices
- Partner with product teams to define quantum-as-a-service offerings
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum threats and security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Prior work on quantum-classical hybrid systems and optimization algorithms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
