Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions leveraging superconducting and photonic qubits

- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration techniques
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
