Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into deployable solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate fidelity
- Research and validate novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Document system architectures and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
