Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-grade applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead research initiatives in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-generation encryption and data protection
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key industry partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped ion technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
