Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for error correction and fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum software stacks compatible with superconducting qubit systems
- Research novel quantum algorithms to optimize machine learning and cryptography applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical quantum processors
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise security systems
- Present breakthrough research at leading quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in condensed matter physics or superconducting qubit technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) on quantum algorithms
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
