Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption systems for financial and healthcare sectors
- Design scalable quantum algorithms optimized for hybrid classical-quantum environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Develop quantum security frameworks compliant with NIST post-quantum standards
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum computational theory
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum computing roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or photonic systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and Grover's implications
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
