Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit stability for commercial deployment by 2026
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for pharmaceutical simulation and materials science
- Lead quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity in real-world applications
- Develop patent-pending quantum security frameworks for next-gen blockchain infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant communication protocols
- Author white papers on quantum supremacy benchmarks for industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and topological computing
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms and neural network optimization
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
