Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through technical whitepapers and proposals
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Patent novel quantum encryption protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hardware prototypes
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum coherence or entanglement
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems (10mK environments)
- Track record of securing government/industry grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
