Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications

- Develop error-correction frameworks for practical quantum systems
- Research and implement novel quantum materials and control systems
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
