Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for enterprise clients
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, ion-trap)
- Optimize quantum circuit performance through advanced compilation techniques
- Collaborate with AI division to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or advanced quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Quipper)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering quantum computing projects from concept to production
