Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem solving
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor quantum engineering teams and drive technical innovation
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
