Responsibilities

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standardization
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum error correction
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Strong track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical applications
