Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Develop cryogenic control systems with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Create security frameworks resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Architect cloud-native quantum computing platforms
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing HPC or quantum computing infrastructure
- Expertise in cryogenics and superconducting qubit systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Quil)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Security clearance or background in post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platforms
