Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum systems engineering principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
