Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for commercial applications targeting 2026 deployment
- Design and optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Lead quantum computing projects with Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
