Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or error correction

- Proven track record securing federal research grants (NSF, DoE, DARPA)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
