Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for next-gen computing applications
- Lead 10+ researchers in experimental quantum system development
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on defense-grade quantum encryption
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and secure patents
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions for finance/healthcare
- Maintain quantum error correction protocols at 99.99% fidelity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum research with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
