Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of quantum research experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record securing R&D funding ($1M+)
- Experience mentoring research scientists and postdocs
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures
