Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Proven track record of publishing top-tier quantum research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Strong background in error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M for research initiatives
