- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 100 companies for quantum pilot programs
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science and quantum machine learning
- Drive quantum cybersecurity protocols for next-gen encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in publishing quantum computing breakthroughs in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing government grants exceeding $3M for quantum research
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks and applications
- Strong background in superconducting qubit or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated leadership managing international quantum research teams
