Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop scalable quantum processors

- Secure federal and private research grants for advanced quantum projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and statistical mechanics
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
