Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing venues
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
