Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error correction techniques and quantum processor architectures
- Lead cross-functional research projects targeting quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of published research in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and simulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
