Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction techniques using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum software stacks for next-generation processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmaps for 2026 quantum deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with superconducting or photonic systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction, quantum simulation, and variational quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical high-performance computing
