Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants annually
- Mentor PhD candidates and patent at least 3 quantum innovations per year
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Google platforms
- Published research in quantum complexity theory or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Q#, Python, and quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DOE)
