Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware systems including superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Develop error correction techniques to advance quantum computational reliability beyond current thresholds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into commercial products
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and present findings at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
