Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research on fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum systems

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Secure external research funding through government and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Ability to secure external research grants and partnerships
