Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies with commercial potential
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Track record of securing research grants or venture funding for quantum projects
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
