Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish industry partnerships for technology transfer

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
