Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware team to develop error-correction protocols

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Optimize quantum circuits for performance and scalability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
