Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms

- Collaborate with AI researchers to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and contribute to open-source quantum toolkits
- Secure external funding through NSF and DoD grants
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum simulation and tomography techniques
