Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for near-term quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and many-body physics
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic quantum processors
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical experimental implementations
