Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes using superconducting qubits
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum software with cutting-edge processors
- Publish research findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or related high-impact journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and complexity classes
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
