Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum computing experiments to advance qubit stability and error correction
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong track record of securing research funding or patents
