- Lead quantum cryptography initiatives for next-gen security protocols
- Publish research in Nature/Science and present at major quantum conferences
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from DARPA, NSF, and industry partners
- Mentor PhD candidates and build world-class quantum research infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
