Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional research projects in quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
- Develop error mitigation strategies for near-term quantum hardware
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing open-source initiatives
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks (HPC, MPI, CUDA)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
